This place is by no means bad. Their standard Chuka Soba is thin noodles in a simple soy sauce soup. It is cheap and the portion size is not too large, not too small. To be clear, the reason why it gets 3 stars is because it is simply not my preferred type of riddles. If you prefer a lighter ramen, this would be exactly your alley.
