3年ぶりにここへ。 GWでは12時以降は5人程のラインナップがあります。 とても混み合っていなかったのが良かったです。 私は、通常、硬化し、油性である中国そばを注文しました。 しっかりした麺は圧搾され、適度な質感があります。 ドライサーディンのわずかな香りでスープと絶妙なマッチ。 緑色のオニオンもアクセントが良く、食べられます。 スープをほとんど飲むのはとっても美味しく! 脂肪の塊も豊富でおいしいです。 東京でも食べてみたい。 お食事ありがとうございます!
