Confidences et Chocolats

We found this place through TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. They have great fresh baked goods. The chocolate croissant (chocolatine) is excellent. The Almond, chocolate and pear croissant is absolutely decadent. We also took a smoked meat sandwich on pretzel bread to go and it was very good.

Chef Sylvain is so passionate when we were enjoying our croissant and coffee, he was preparing a duck ravioli with raspberry sauce. I decided to buy two portions for the dinner which was delicious with a Cos d'Estournel.

The croissant are so fresh and tasty. Everything is made in house. Just a minute or two off exit 23 on the 15 north.

If ever you are in Ste Therese or if ever you drive by the exit on the highway..take exit 23 go right at the light..down the hill..and there you go...the best croissant in the area.This place is also a coffe shop and a chocolate shop.I have never eaten in the shop,but the locals say it's great.So if you like crispy,buttery and flaky croissants..this is youre got to go place.

Simply put, this restaurant is all about chocolate. That's really all there is to say. It's a chocolate lover's dream.
