When the salad arrived after quite a while they had put...balsamico creme on top of a ceasar salad as decoration???. It did not mix up very well with the original ceasar sauce. They also seem to buy half ready products to make their food. Like crutongs, baked cheese etc. To be honest there is better places in Sainte Maxime
