A fun cafe loaded with WWII memorabilia serving sandwiches, burgers and other French fare, perfect for a lunch. We stopped in with our guide for lunch after visiting Utah Beach. The food was delicious. I enjoyed my cheesy Croque Monsieur and my wife though their...burger was first rate. Service was efficient and we had no problem with my limited French. My husband and I stopped here at around 3:30 pm on a weekday to get a snack before visiting the beach. We were ignored for 20 minutes. We finally caught the waiters attention and were told that the kitchen was closed (even though the menu...indicated otherwise) The waiter offered us one sandwich off the menu, which we accepted.
