La Douce Mie - Sainte-Marie-de-Ré

This bakery was part of one of the best on the island of Ré, I was advertising it, but there the Paris-Brests that I come looking regularly for years we've increased it normal, but they also narrowed half and apparently I'm not the only one complaining about it and apparently also the chief goes crazy, so next time I won't buy them, damage. But there is also competition.

Coming for a breakfast, the waitress probably new didn't know the formula and so did that look at it to know what to give us, not very bright and smiling.. the price a little high and only 1 square of butter with a tiny pot of jam for a half baguette it makes light.. hot chocolate was almost cold.. fortunately bread and chocolate was very good, as well as orange juice.

At the turn of a roundabout, a green front, the graal is here. The sweet simmer. Located at the entrance of the village La Noue, the bakery is like this charming village. The sellers are all very smiling, there is a friendly atmosphere. We find everything! Seeds, strings, spikes for crust lovers, but also comforting brioches just out of the oven. The noon is coming, a well-deserved break, and the Sweet Mie is here to make us feel better. A great choice of sandwiches, bagels and paninis, the flat is the absence of formulas for the noon, but they will apologize with their pastries. Inside or out on their partially shaded terrace, we enjoy our meal. A great and beautiful moment, that the sellers were able to beautify with their smiles and their good mood. We're welcome home. A taste to come back. A client conquers.

This place is a bakery. We can eat but only pizzas, salads or sandwiches. The welcome is very friendly; staff very available; the pleasant place. Pizzas are excellent.
