The dishes are correct but there is no respect for the health protocol. No control of the health pass was I who insisted on showing it by recalling that in the event of control, the fine would apply to the restaurant. No masks, I had to ask the cashier to put a mask so that he and his colleagues then wear it. In kitchen nobody was gloved, and the cook touches many different and varied objects. Not once I saw him wash his hands or disinfect his hands. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures to spread my evidence. But I believe that as an adult we can recognize errors and correct them.
