We are far from the classic/tartiflette croziflette, and it's really great after a nice walk in the chartreuse! And the staff, helpful, pleasant and smiling, one of the best surprises we've had for a long time! Next time, we'll also do balneotherapy! Thank you! Guillaume and Clara

The reception is very nice too. That's very good! I can only see a little improvement: the restaurant room should be a little warmer, as the rest:

The setting is nice, featuring a sauna, a cold pond for refreshing, and a small restaurant (although we didn't eat there, only used the spa). Now, why I deducted 2 stars: The facilities are lacking; the changing room is very small and located in the shower area, leading to long wait times. The sauna was excessively heated, making it impossible to enter without slippers, and the concrete floor intensified the heat. Lastly, the price was quite high for what was offered – we paid 84€ for 2 adults and our son under 2 years old.
