following our thalasso weekend, we took advantage of the Friday night sea buffet, very hearty with choice! The spinach salmon pie is delicious! then the breakfast buffet is also excellent and very hearty! The meals offered are excellent, very nice presentation! You're not gonna be disappointed! we stayed at the hotel above so we booked on Sunday noon in this restaurant. the sea view is top and the staff is very pleasant. for the gastronomy, we will iron... the card is quite attractive because it offers dishes that you don't eat every day but the taste is not exceptional. rates are high. cause covid or chain, everything is individual; You feel in a self with a table service. We have been travelling around the West Coast of France and I have to say, food at Iode is the best I have come across. More importantly, you actually get served vegetables instead of frites! Staff are all great. Last night my husband was presented with a crustacea fork. We had never come across this before and the waiter very patiently showed him how to use it. I now know what to get him for Christmas! The view from the table is beautiful...the sea sparkling with the golden sand in the foreground. You have to book early in July and August to ensure you get the time you want otherwise you will be eating at 9pm. Set menu is great and good value. Portion sizes just perfect . It's a shame you don't get served butter with your bread and a more extensive menu for kids and teenagers would be better (eg bolognaise, carbonara, tomato sauce and pasta etc) Other than that all great. Thank you for making our dinners so enjoyable.
Cuisine rating: the dishes offered are good but the choice is limited, particularly the desserts. The preparation of the Gravelax salmon was not up to standard: no marinade. Service rating: a large team present, pleasant but not enough to serve customers. As an illustration of the dirty cutlery and plates on the table which required a request from a server on my part to be removed. Too bad for a 4 star!
Very beautiful setting, beautiful view, but the kitchen is a little tight and the dishes are not plentiful enough, we were still hungry at the end of the meal. The crème brûlée was very good. Cheese platter not sufficiently garnished, no fig jam and served without bread. Friendly but distracted service. Too bad for the price all the same.

Very good cuisine, fine, balanced (dietary) and well mastered. Pleasant atmosphere, top terrace, splendid view…. Quality and inexpensive wines. Very good value for money!
