I made a mistake and the whole crew worked together to fix my error. I dealt specifically with Holly. A lot of times when a mistake is made by me the customer service isn’t great, but that was the opposite in this case. Holly was so friendly and she worked quickly and accurately. If I was in charge I would promote her to a leadership role because of how she handled my error. It really makes subway look good and I felt like a valued customer
