We arrived half an hour late for Sunday lunch, wanted to rush our meal (in order to catch a flight), the restaurant was full, and we asked for our lamb to be taken away and cooked further. We ate only two courses and had no wine. In other words, we were not the best clients. Bult the staff, from the excellent mâitre di to the servers, remained helpful and smiling.
