My wife and me were travelling to Saint-Sauveur, a small town on the mid way to our destination Mont Tremblanc. We had a great lunch in the Le Vieux Four. I dont tend to be negative and I used to liked going to the Vieux Four but they have really gone down in service and UP IN PRICE. The waitress didnt even wait for us to ask for the bill at 8h30 pm on a Friday night, she just shoved in our faces saying to me 'Oh I split the wine bottle in 2 even if you were three people drinking'!! We tried pizzas and an appetizer, both of which were quite tasty. However, we were disappointed by the poor service.
I suppose it was decent for a tourist destination. The pizza was a bit soggy.
The food was terrible. The salad was clearly old, and the stracciatella soup, which is supposed to be a beaten egg soup, tasted like water with a whole broken egg in it. I will not be returning.

Tous les plats que j'ai goûtés étaient corrects, sans plus. Le service est convivial., chaleureux et accommodant. La terrasse avec chauffe-terrasse adoucit le climat québécois. C'est le type d'endroit où l'on est assuré de bien manger sans grever son budget.
