Hitler Host showed us to our table on the terrace. An older man, never smiles, does not treat the employees well at all. The food was excellent as usual. Very tasty. Best lamb chops ever. The service from our waitress was also excellent.Even the Valet Parking person was very polite. Just the Hitler Host that should put a smile on his face, treat customers and employees well. What Matilda James doesn't like about Restaurant Brochetterie le Chalet Grec:
On the positive side, I love authentic delicious Greek food. I also loved that you can bring your own wine here. We went to dinner later, at 7:30pm, so we avoided a long wait for a table. When we walked by earlier, at 5pm, there was a line queueing to the sidewalk. The location is good too, within walking distance of many hotels. The restaurant is tiny and is set up like a subway almost where when you walk in, you are immediately greeted with a huge counter with where you can see the
My wait is finally over to try La Bonne, and my goodness why (!) did I wait so long!? Walking up to the quaint shop I could hear the live music inside and
I wish I worked closer! The limited hours and dining experience are not perfect, but I do love that the menu changes and there are glass coke bottles.

It is nice when a meal is served with some room for salting by patrons. My friend did like the shrimp brochette. The Calamari was just slightly over-cooked and needs a sauce to accompany it. The service was good until it was time to pay. Then, we had to wait in a long queue again.
If you like the cafeteria style restaurant this one's for you. Busy, cramped, loud. The food itself is not bad but nothing to die over and the presentation is so boring; you get a plate of rice with some pieces of meat and potatoes over it and then let's splash some salad on the side! I felt sorry for the staff who constantly had to squeeze by and deliver plates over everybody's head!
