We went to eat as a family. It was nice ! Poutines with brown sauce are exactly that of Quebec. You get what you pay for in terms of quantity, it's very plentiful! The desserts, Quebec crepes, were to die for, I didn't know them! Really worth testing!!! Homemade fries! I may regret having more vegetables but I don't think it's really Quebec style I liked the bison meat moderately but it's more in terms of taste, and it's unique to everyone Thank you for this trip
