DAILY phone call, which cooled me! I call Thursday night 20 August 2020 for a reservation the next night, so on Friday. A lady, who had to have her moods, sent me the most beautiful manners, asking to remind the next day, that I disturbed...what I did not do naturally! My husband and I go to fine restaurants at least once a week... so I usually book by phone. I never had such a welcome! Especially right now, the restaurateurs I call, are very happy to see that we take our habits back home! The art of losing 2 customers in all its splendor!
