Sonic Drive-in - Saint Robert

We’ve visited this restaurant quite a few times, but today we encountered an unexpected issue. The young lady at the drive-thru window seemed either new or nervous, or perhaps both. We had requested a cup carrier several times, but instead of providing one, she handed all the large drinks to my partner and me, leaving our hands full. After asking for a cup carrier again, we finally received it. As my partner was trying to gather everything, she unexpectedly threw the straws and spoons into our truck window. We’re not sure what happened there, but we would appreciate it if staff were trained not to throw items through car windows. It caught us off guard and left us a bit upset.

We had a wonderful experience! My partner and I visited last night for some milkshakes and interacted with two fantastic employees. The new staff member was friendly and professional while taking our order. The other employee even offered us some treats for our dog! The milkshakes were delicious!

The experience was disappointing. The twill rings were burnt, and when I requested sweet tea, I received unsweetened tea instead. Additionally, the junior meal did not come with any fries.

This place got a bad call. the girl at the other end was super nice and respectful. the food came out quickly, can be called by children, but they make a good job.

Sonic does two, no, three things great; their drinks, tots, and that footlong coney island are off the hook. We stop by once a day for a summery beverage during the summer.
