We called their catering service. We weren't disappointed. It was beyond our expectations. cooking cold meat was perfect. Campagnard salads were delicious. and the cheese tray, a real pleasure. Thanks to you, the bridegrooms enjoyed a lot and thank you. Good continuation.
A real pleasure. the atmosphere is intimate, the sound background smells good the france we love, far from the affors of contemporary music. I read that the welcome would be cold? on the contrary, I found the lady very nice and attentive to the feedback of her clients, without paying any obsessed or friction. After all, Saint-Riquier is a city of history, not a seaside resort for young fetus or a concept-store for bobo tartufes. What about the kitchen? a party, a succulence of every moment. and the glasses of wines are served generously! some do not seem to understand why desserts should be ordered from the beginning. Do they realize only the work they need? It's over, but we have to call him back. I'll be right back!
Advised by the snack on the spot, we have not regretted! perfect kidneys and well-chosen accompaniments among others. We took advantage of this good cuisine and the kindness of the house mistress. the restaurant is a little hidden but at 150 m below the place of the abbey. If you visit the bay of sum and you are away from the seaside restaurants, I recommend you book a table at the restaurant "the barn" to saint riquier. the chief's wife will welcome you with kindness and benevolence in a rustic and a little overanimated. The quality and flavour of the products have nothing rustic! It’s just succulent! We tested the sea plate (a combination of fish and sacred jacques) perfectly cooked and especially for dessert the floating island ... a party. if you like traditional cuisine, with taste, flavors, I can only recommend this restaurant! You won't be disappointed!
