Sans être fan de sushis, je me suis laissé entraîné par la famille qui voulait y aller. J'ai été agréablement surpris du raffinement des saveurs disponibles, sans que l'une ou l'autre prenne trop le dessus comme on le trouve dans certains "sushi" certainement plus industriels.
