We stayed in one of the hotel's villas, it was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful: it was very good. Rooms: Every room has a kettle, mini fridge... Our stay was very disappointing at this hotel. Indeed, if the services are up to 5 stars, the consideration of our expectations and grievances was not worthy of an establishment of this standard. Without warning, without explanation, you are automatically accommodated OUTSIDE the hotel grounds, certainly in a suite with proven comfort, but far removed from the services that you had the right to expect (proximity to breakfast , restaurant, accessibility of the SPA, fitness room... . We had bathrobes and slippers at our disposal but it was inconceivable for us to walk 100 meters outside, with a busy street to cross, in this outfit... It is very appreciable to ask us questions about our installation the day after our arrival, it would especially be very wise to answer them even without a proposal for a proven solution. For all people with reduced mobility: find out carefully otherwise move on... After reporting all these facts at reception upon our arrival and at the time of our departure, we were just treated to a very civilized speech without any concrete consideration of our grievances. For all these reasons we cannot recommend this beautiful establishment. On a positive note, we would like to warmly thank the rank-and-file staff who fully carried out their duties.
