We came there in July, as a couple, without a child. It was very pleasant, we had a nice room, the service is discreet and good tastes, the restaurant on the roof was original and quiet. Venus in a group of friends, we did not test the hotel, but the restaurant is remarkable, and the opportunity to benefit from Ralph's advice on a wide selection of wines, well selected and at very reasonable prices, even before dinner is an excellent initiative in an elegant setting. Menu perfectly executed amuse mouth with mignardises!!
We had an amazing meal, each course looked great and tasted even better. The proposed wine pair worked very well. Nice restaurant in Saint Remy and we are going back to our next visit.
