The restaurant is located at the edge of the sea and offers a nice view especially at sunset. Service is fine and relatively quick. The food is however nothing exceptional and is pricey too. We had smoked salmon and the mahi mahi as a main dish. All in all we spent about 75. € per person wine included (2 bottles). View all feedback.
What Jennifer Ortner doesn't like about La Tortue:
We were staying in area and it was quite well recommended, but it turns out it will not be opened this year at all. Information about restaurant being closed is nowhere to be found- we were informed by our hotel reception when we asked for help in getting a table there. View all feedback.

Nice place, good location, parking at some distance ( but to do some extra is worth it for this restaurant); the staff is friendly, not super professional, the location is very nice on the beach. What I will advice is the seiche; it was the best I ever tasted. The wines are nice. You will have a nice experience and it will be worth a trip of 15 kilometer.
This is the place If you are looking for a chill place to enjoy you dinner, having a glass of rosé with sand between your toes and finish with a bath in the Mediterranean!
I so didn't know what to score this place as I have been to only 2 beach clubs in my life...so I will just state the facts....we paid 120 euro for a half day - 4 sun loungers, 2 brollies, a really nice safe little swimming area (although very rocky - take your crocs), 3 glasses of rose, 3 ice-creams, 2 mojitos and a bottle of water.....is this good value? - no idea. Service was fine - waiters walked past now and again, we ordered drinks and they came quite quickly..there is a little tiny very stoney beach with rockpools to explore...we saw lots of little crabs which entertained us for a while.......very busy, very kid friendly, no English people - only french.....I enjoyed it as we had kids with us and they enjoyed it.....but no idea what to compare it to!
The beautiful location, directly on the beach, was the best part of this experience. As for the rest, the staff appeared to be not so professional, e.g. something fell off the dish while it was served and the person bringing the food never knew who had ordered what: it shouldn't happen in a restaurant who has prices and ambitions of a highly rated one - resulting this way a bit pretentious. The food is ok, no more than this.
