A big thank you to the hostals of the Priory Soulier for having reconciled me with the restoration! Thanks to the chef to offer such a map, so wonderfully prepared dishes, and a great first, a restaurant that finally offers quantities that I will qualify as correct, where one can continue to eat and above all, to enjoy the suite, without being already pushed back. I managed to go to dessert. That's !!! The only time I felt this, it was in a 2-star front pretty entry to put the senses in a wake of the entrance, rejoiced my taste buds the dish. a cooking of vegetables more than perfect before dessert, a very nice surprise also and dessert, what to say. so fine and so melting. Thank you to the whole team that has worked behind the scenes a hat blow to our waitress who has been extraordinary that is not just serving and riding, but who knows how to welcome and be in phase with the customer who is there to spend a good time a restaurant worthy of this name, which I warmly recommend we will not hesitate to come back and make 300 km back to renew this magical experience thank you
The mixed beef net is excellent, tender and gratin raspberry is just as successful.
