No need to be a great chef to be in a nightmare in the kitchen! When you arrive, you must want to head to the cash register. No need to wait for someone, no one will pick you up. For my part I waited 15 minutes. Then we ask you to pay! Barmaid is hesitant and approximate on the proposed formulas. Most people choose the buffet formula. For my part I choose 1 calzone. A drink is included. Barmaid finds out. You sit where you can and then follow a long wait... very long... The festival begins, the servers are mistaken for dishes, tables, orders, everybody runs in every direction and gets awkward... my calzone finally arrives the ends are not garnished. Many dough and few ingredients placed timidly in the centre... Half the plate is filled with rocket ...without dressing. So it's up to you to get up and prepare it near the buffet. Rideau, it's too much for me, I'm discreetly withdrawing by wishing good courage to one of the waitresses...
