The service is fast and we have nothing to blame. A little more: we were in front of the kitchens it was nice. A few points of improvement: serving the foie gras with grilled bread and a large salt would have been a little appreciable, especially since we paid a supplement of 5€. As far as the dishes are concerned, it is shameful to charge supplements of 12 and 15€ for 2 dishes while on the map prices are almost similar... The amuse-bouche arrived quickly, as did the starter, main course, and dessert, with very little waiting. The dishes were very good, and the ingredients were of high quality. The decor of the dining room is modern and minimalist, which may not appeal to everyone. Signs indicating the location of the restaurant and the entrance for those not staying at the hotel would be appreciated. Update: My partner had indigestion the next day.
