Very disappointed When serving adult hot meals, I ask if with the Ikea card they still offer the children's menu for an adult hot dish purchased. I am informed that this is indeed the case. Once at the checkout with the children's menus I was told that the promotion is no longer running. The cashier (collaborator number 188045 will tell the person who made the mistake that the children's menu is now chargeable. I decide to only take one children's menu out of the two I have. The cashier changes her tone and becomes unpleasant, dry... she tells me in a stinging tone that she will bring back the children's menu that I have just returned to her at the checkout (she thought it was up to me to do it? . 4 of us ate from 3 menus in the end... the children shared 1 menu and we ate from ours. The error came from Ikea, which misinformed me as the cashier verified. I expected at least an apology for the server's error, and for it to remain in a courteous spirit; at best a commercial gesture. I have a 4-digit 30-day rolling purchase history with them

Quick stop at Ikea's highly touted Swedish Snack Bar, as the restaurant was closed. The most horrible thing we have ever eaten. I don't know how we can offer this with a good conscience and still advertise it. Absolutely to be avoided. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
