The boss is the chef. It only prepares with fresh local products. Home nickel recommended reservation) . Few choices on the menu but 100% of the day. A delight. Not very expensive compared to the quality of the products and their preparation.
The quality and sophistication of the dishes is very high on the average. This restaurant is to be discovered quickly because the walls can be quickly too narrow
