Discovered during our holidays, very good bakery, breads and quality pastries. We even had the opportunity to eat on the spot and were not disappointed.

I came on the advice of a friend. k have found that the visual of the proposed pastries were very pretty however the taste is classic. I had chosen a pistachio but I find that the cherries put in deco on the top took it too much on the taste. suddenly a little disappointed. I'll go back to test other products.

The service is very uncomfortable, not smiling and gives the impression of disturbing. Moreover, I asked for a veal bag to take away and what disappointment when I realized that it was missing the meat! As for pastries, they have an industrial taste...I think this baker favors profitability at the expense of quality, it is frankly a shame.

Carolingian has long remained as the local reference in terms of quality for pastry, as well as for bakery and in case to be taken away. the competition of a new bakery (the petrie place de l'eglise) obviously made bad choice to the bosses ... instead of looking to improve quality, they played the card of profitability. So the prices have increased, the freshness of pastries is sometimes doubtful, the bread is less good and the sandwiches become immangeable. I personally decided not to be a customer after 15 years of fidelity!
