Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The food at this restaurant was good, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. The workers seemed slow, detached, unmotivated, or sometimes even non-existent. It was disappointing to see the potential of a good restaurant being ruined by poorly trained staff. Our waiter never checked on us, and a kitchen employee had to come and clear our table. It was puzzling how the restaurant managed to stay afloat with such disorganized service. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was only half full, indicating a shortage of servers. Once we placed our order, our food arrived promptly, but we didn't see our server again until we had finished our meal.

I just left this restaurant and it seems like they don't prioritize customer service. I asked for a table for one and was told there was a wait, even though half of the restaurant was empty. They seemed to be under-staffed. When I asked to place a to-go order, the young lady made me fill out unnecessary information before taking my order. All I wanted was my food and they made it a complicated process. Just take my order and bring me the food when it's ready.

This is a fantastic place to dine at. The service is excellent, quick, and friendly!

We came here to get milkshakes and pommes and the service was terrible. when we went, there were no tons of people in the restaurant, because over the half of the place was empty. the waitress didn't really pay us a mine, and she didn't check the status of our order, even after she sat there too long for color and nothing came out. it took 25 minutes until milkshakes came out, which is limitless. even worse was that the milkshakes were terrible. it was not allowed to change the cold milk (no says anything about what a milkshake is, it was completely tasteless, not sweet, and was hardly creamy.) I remember that the milkshakes were great from here, but that were terrible. 0/5 if I could

The picture says everything. this is the third time in 4 months I was in this restaurant every time when I stressed well done. it is possible that they cannot make a well-made burger. the earlier time it was like a passive aggressive attempt to make a well-made burger, where the burger was half well done half well. this time a quarter of it was badly made and obviously pink, so I don't know if they have an odd shaped grill or what. I'm just saying I'm done with red robin, eating in red robins all over the country, but this one in st. pete has always done the same thing. I am like someone who can hear and understand me when I say well done and understand what is well done: it means that it is thoroughly cooked and there is no pink in it.
