Kobe Japanese Steakhouse St. Petersburg

A situation happened that was not good with us. I have reserved for 11 people before some weeks. before a week I got a call that asked if we still come to the restaurant; I confirmed a day before our reservation, I got an email when the reservation was still standing; I confirmed. on the day of the reservation, I got two phone calls from Kobe ask an hour apart whether we still come and were there will be 11 people I confirmed. when nine of us were in time, I told them the last two would be 15-20 minutes. Late. the manager said they wouldn't put us until everyone was there. I said they don't have to serve us, we can just sit on the table. the answer was a clear no. it just didn't make sense. the table normally holds 10, but they had agreed to 11 of us in. it wasn't like we took one table from another party. we would prefer a restaurant that tries to host its patrons and not vice versa. they must have enough customers that they do not feel the need to provide them to them.

The service was good, but we felt hastily. they rushed to eat and clearing plates. otherwise good.

The experience was not great at all the server wasn’t good and neither was the cook never again will I go to this location

Waiter was not that good. He not only forgot my lobster but also forgot the appetizer of the people sitting next to us. The cook apologized for the waiter stating this was the fourth time tonight that the waiter had forgotten to put orders in. For the price you charge I would expect a lot better. The waiter also only came back once to the table to check on everyone. Had to ask another waiter to refill the drinks. Please rethink who you have waiting your tables.
