I work here, I've been here for a few months now and from what I heard the last general manager was horrible. Luckily, things have been getting cleaned up. However, we still lack drivers and we can't always be expected to do everything without issues. Mistakes are bound to be made but here's the thing, we do our best each and every day at work to help out the customers as best as possible. Yea sometimes we can't answ... View all feedback.
What Krystel Dooley doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Food is always good, but dam these people are slow as hell! Every time I come to get my order they either done gave it to the wrong person or forgot something. Not to mention they never have ranch! Sorry only goes so far, but def changing locations after this. Another 30 minutes I’m going to waste waiting on an order I placed online at 6:38 because someone “accidentally” checked out my food. So stupid. Online orderin... View all feedback.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog. The management is terrible, the staff is rude, and the food is disgusting. This location is a perfect example of why you should avoid dining in St. Petersburg.
I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and I know it can be challenging, especially during a busy promotion with a short staff. I observed the team while I was there and was a bit disappointed to see that some employees weren't following proper hygiene practices. Clean hands are essential, especially if they aren't wearing gloves. Additionally, none of the workers wore name tags, which makes it hard to give credit where it's due. However, I do want to commend the guy with the backward cap; he was excellent at delegating tasks during the rush and took the time to mentor others. On a positive note, the pizza was delicious! I haven't ordered from Domino's in a long time due to a previous bad experience, but this visit changed my mind.
The service was incredibly attentive, but I had a frustrating experience when I ordered a pizza in person. Even though it was ready, they wouldn't give it to me because they didn't have my name, which I never mentioned. I had to chase down the pizza that they had clearly made just for me, considering I was one of only two customers there. It felt like a bizarre situation at this pizza place.
After having experienced a very rude manager, I can't just get back to dominoes. what about the personal today? if they are alone in the load and feel overwhelmed, they are not simply to complain about it. move and do her best to intertwine. we were all there. Apparently you'll get a thought about being thrown out of the load. whew! she refused to give me the owner name and I couldn't find him online. after writing to the company I still haven't heard a word. too bad dominos, a bad hirer costs her business and in my case repeat business.
I order for pick up here all the time and always had good tasting pies handed to me by a bunch of cheery, big smiley, chatty employees. The Hawaiian pizza, among other things, that I got today was extra cheesy and full of my favorite toppings. For the best experience, order pick up when possible instead of delivery because it seems every place is short staffed nowadays.
