Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is always a miserable experience. always from budget, service is miserable, and the process never takes less than 30 minutes.

This is my last time here. the black in the carnitas is so fat that it cannot be eaten. I asked it on the side. literal 1/2 of the 4 oz cup was fat. I wait back, paid $3 and swap for a second 4 ounce side cup, because I said they don't get the fat when I requested that. I was finally able to get enough meat for the 3 tacos after selecting all these globs of fat (up fat to equip one of the 4 Oz containers) so I paid essentially 3 plus dollar for fat. chipotle can keep it. we're going to lunch somewhere else.

The team never communicates when they are sold forward or after 40 minutes in the line from the products. they are waiting to tell them there is no salat dressing or chips, until after their cards in the machine pay. I'm so disgusting that I didn't go back and refuse to mention that this place is the worst with time management and customer service. the workers see and act equally dissatisfied. sad.

First visit at a chipotle. 7:30. the restaurant was not awfully busy. we were three. I saw how the woman gave her order before me, had a few words with the worker, then said “forget it” and went. I then went up to order a sweet dish, as I had eaten very little meat and they were out of sweetness and begging. they were cooking, but it would be a 10 minutes waiting for a minimum, and we would have to come back and back into the line. my man said he was in order if she was in a little extra flesh. the worker said ok. We were standing on the cash register and he insisted on charging us for double meat. we explained that they were from most of the ingredients and how should we build a bowl with rice, cheese and salsa? he refused to knock and say that sweet and bore were free (what they were out) but no one gets extra meat without paying for it. we've gone out. some behind us went out too. I thought chipotle should be good. our experience was terrible.

Nice burritos, quiet atmosphere, nice staff. What else do you want?
