Chili's Grill - SAINT PETERSBURG

Worst chili?s in Florida! Servers do their best, but management and kitchen have no idea what happens. Ridiculous waiting times with tons of empty tables, almost as they really do not want you to eat there.

We went by picking up side of the restaurant. I went through to go to the hostess table and I pointed out that we came on the wrong side he said yes I saw you. I told my sons that nieces and nephews have a place until we sit down because there were 6 children. I wanted them to stay on the side while we are. The bare head hostess type continued to ask us, you need help I mean, you need to come to me here, as well as some other comments that were not very friendly and rude. I immediately said my sister Nope lets go, because I wanted to start with this kind of rudeness of our lovely dinner. I wouldn't recommend this place. We politely left without other words and took our party from eight to Carrabba 's where we were served with a warm welcoming reception and amazing service and excellent food. You need a new hostess. He's crazy!

Dinner in Chili?s was fantastic at the other night. For a night in the city, and we swing by to eat a bite. I had Fajitas with three different types of meat. Beef was super delicate. The chicken great. And the shrimps were absolutely ruthless. The only thing that could? ve was a bit better when the fajita shells had?t stuck so much together and torn a bit when I tried to pull them apart. But unlike everything else was excellent. Our waiter was great. The drinks were delicious.

Won't be coming back. Got there at 6:30 and had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table. Then we ordered pretty quickly and got our app but waited an hour for our meals, which were subpar. Then had to wait forever for a cookie to go. We were seated for almost 2 hours until 8:45.
