We waited for 15-20 minutes. When we came to the imperial African American woman without a name tag, we ask a clear pulp and three with salt, the woman refused to serve us every pulp. Tell us that there was no more than there was clearly available in the heating tray. The couple before us demanded freshly made Brezel and she offered them not to make a problem. Extremely rude staff! Told my girlfriend she can get free pretzels out of the trash, haha. We asked if prices are cheaper since it was 9pm/closing. I almost lost it on the girl and her co-conspirator.

Love the pretzels and dips! The employee at the island shop at the mall asked us to try a different store when they didn't have the item ready we stopped to buy, like it was too much of a bother for him to make something for us.

I used my buy one get one deal without any issues, and they even helped me keep track of the reason for the reward. Excellent service!
