What User doesn't like about Vodogray Slavic Cuisine:
First, instead of light, they served dark, then they brought the same beer diluted with light. And finally, on the stage, the constantly falling out wire from the microphone upset, and as a result it turned out that it did not work at all, and why he stood there is also not clear ... Сначала подали вместо светлого темное, после принесли разбавленное светлым то же пиво. А на последок на сцене огорчил постоянно вывалив... View all feedback.
The atmosphere is nice but the service is absolutely negative . For such quite expensive prices you will receive poor service
The food and the ambiente was good. But the prices are rather expensive. For the price you get little amount... Moreover we waited approx. 40 min. for our dinner, even though in the menue it's said that you will receive your dish within 15 min. The beverage prices in the menue were not correct. They charged us more for a beer than it was indicated in the english written menue. As justification they showed us a russian written version. A good host would bring another beer for free...
Went there with (Ukranian) friends and wasn't disappointed. Ambiance is great and so is the food. Service brisk and very adequate. Highlight were the songs by two Russian ladies singing Ukrainian happy songs tearjerkers accompanied by one sunflowered guy on an accordeon. **** marvellous.
We went there for dinner and absolutely loved it. My Ukrainian colleague also said that the food is very good and authentic. The interior is also very nice!
Khutor Vodograi is an amazingly quaint restaurant specializing in Ukrainian cuisine. In a very old building (with a huge oak tree growing up through the middle of the building), the atmosphere is traditional old world. Food portions are huge and selections are diverse. The young lady playing the bandura only added to the ambiance. Be prepared, though, for you get what you pay for . Prices are double that of most other restaurants in the area, but worth it. Also, be careful of the local mustard.
