There is no Veg Burger very disappointed as a tourist we expect a lot from Russia, but Vegetabl food is very back. Staff should know at least English language so that they can treat tourists. View all feedback.
A woman worker behind the counter had refused to serve me coz she didn’t like my face mask but then she’d change her mind, patronisingly saying it’s ok after a second woman worker gave her a nod. Poorly trained staff which is really annoying for me as a customer!
Good coffee, the quality of the burgers is higher than McDonald's. The cleaning is running. Friendly staff. Here you can charge your electronic gadgets.
Cheap but good coffee, but they removed my favorite pies with wild berries from the menu.
It not bad. It is a bit interesting for me because we don't have Hesburger in the USA. Sometimes the food takes a long time to make, and they always put a lot of mayo sloppily on the burgers, so I don't suggest you try eating this while you walk to the metro (like I did). You will need napkins
