The mains were OK (nicely spiced but with chopped iceberg lettuce and raw carrot and about more expensive and top rated London curry houses. The biryani was supposed to come with a vegetable bhaji, and when I asked was told that the bhaji was a success with vegetables?? Is this under new management, as I felt like it was an exercise in maximizing profits with minimum cost.

Poppadoms and a variety of sauces were brought and I nibbled whilst waiting for the meal I ordered. It only took minutes and was delivered, piping hot. It was fabulous, really well cooked and very tasty. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for fast and friendly service and a lovely meal. It was, I feel, a tad pricy, the rice was separate, and although they do meal deals, this was outwith the times. However, it is in St.Andrews so that seems to be on par with Edinburgh pricing. Lovely meal though.
