Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

In the rule this freddy?s is pretty good, but today wasn't the case. I ordered a number 3 with everything except dead. Instead, I got a burger without salad, no wobble, and there was also a patty. I don't know if there was a mess or something, but I was very disappointed with what I received.

Usually my family and I love Freddys. This time the food was good, but the low rating is due to the service. I ordered through the drive thru and at the end of my order I said I was also a veteran. She told me to tell them on the window (even if I think it was the same person) I came into the window and I told the girl, I was a veteran, and she tasted my card and went away, seemed to ignore me. Doesn't seem like the veteran appreciation is actually there this time. It is not about the few dollars I would have saved, but about the principle. Then another girl was put on lids and our drinks were handed out and there was an ice cream on the edge of a cup that kept her from placing the lid so that she used her finger to squeeze it into the drink. I don't like people putting their fingers in my drink.

I like the burgers and I love the special jalapeno sauce! But I wish her fries were not so small and hard to eat and that there was a better soda selection for people who like diet soda.

The food was good and the staff was friendly, so the 3 stars. I am nocking 2 starts from Cuz the floors looked dirty and each table was dirty, sticky or full of crumbs. We had to get the cleanest of the bastards to sit. When I had eaten, I had risen and was covered with a white powdery substance, and my phone was in the same. Too bad it is so dirty that they have the potential to be a good restaurant.

Good food, good prices and great staff. Will return.
