Restaurant La Terrasse

We came across this restaurant by chance. Staff were very welcoming and many locals appeared to be eating there. I cannot fault it. The food was fresh and delicious. We were very hungry so the substantial portions were just right. Reasonably priced and all staff we came across extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely return if ever back in the area.

My favorite meal is Saltimbocca. Unfortunately, La Terrace's Saltimbocca is as much like the real thing as a McMuffin! No Sage, just rolls of meat. Very disappointing!

We went here tonight on a recommendation but were very disappointed with the service and the food, both of which were mediocre to say the least. Anyone who can’t cook a simple pizza without blackening the base to a crisp does not deserve the title “restaurant “. When we complained the staff pretended not to understand and then blamed the flour used- laughable! They very grudgingly offered a reduction for the burnt halves of our meal! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone- go up the hill to get good food and service.

Our group of four happened upon this little restaurant around lunchtime... we were warmly welcomed. From outside, we could see the wonderful view awaiting us inside, and smell the homemade lasagne baking...! Add a great glass of wine, and life is good!The service was very friendly and prompt, as we were on a short schedule. Crepes and Salad were delicious and plentiful! The Lasagne was wonderful... large serving which allowed all of us to share... Small terrace, but a great experience for all. After a nice lunch, we were off to explore the awesome medieval city of St Paul-de-Vence... a day of wonderful memories!
