What RoarMaagaard doesn't like about Le Tilleul:
Location at the remparts of St. Paul de Vence is very fine. We were enjoying the nice view, the nice food and the evening just until 3 smokers sat at our neighbour table and the wind breeze took their smoke into our eyes. Good restaurants (even in France) must understand: some of their customers do not want to pay for getting this extra flavour on top of the good food. Outstanding location. Outstanding Menu. Wonderfully prepared food. Staff were so polite. This amazing village is such a joy to visit that to also have amazing food so delightedly presented is a real bonus.
Great restaurant! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Very attentive service. Their tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! Wonderful location, also. Go and enjoy!
After a morning of walking the bustling streets of St. Paul, Tilluel is a wonderful place to recharge. While it is tempting to sit under the trees on the patio, the July heat caused us to move to the quieter and cooler small dining room on the right as you enter the restaurant. With the house rosè and a price fixed menu we were more then satisfied with our choice. The restaurant is at the entry of the walled in town so there's plenty of people watching. The owner is usually on site, he is very hands on and more then willing to ensure a wonderful dining experience
Cadre très agréable. Personnel très sympathique. Plats frais. Pas d attente. Tarif raisonnable. Toilettes propres. Un musicien de rue un peu alcoolisé nous a fait sourire. À conseiller.
