Swede Hollow Cafe - Saint Paul

I went in this morning on a whim (instead of going to a coffee shop next door) and fell in love.

I've been coming here in the morning every couple weeks for a cup of coffee and some quiet time.

Swede Hollow Cafe seems transported directly from Mayberry or Stars Hollow directly to East StPaul.

Definitely coming back. Great atmosphere. It's a great pl e to go on a nice summer day. The outdoor seating is beautiful. My quiche was amazing. It is honestly the largest piece I've ever gotten anywhere.

This cafe opens at 9am but is worth the wait for coffee and breakfast. Located close to the interstate, there is easy street parking close by. There are lots of coffee options and hot breakfast, lunches and baked goods. We enjoyed a hash brown bowl,quiche and quesadilla with sausage. All were beautifully cooked, and tasted excellent. The quiche was well seasoned, had goodcheese flavor and was presented in a warm, crisp pastry shell. The light roast coffee was bright and piping hot. This was agreat stop.
