What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
the location in the rice street is very good. perhaps new manager or new worker? at least half the time the chicken will be thoroughly dried out as it sat under heat lamps for hours. I'm not going back to this place anymore. I just got a 3 piece dinner at night and the chicken was dried out and hard like a rock. apparently it doesn't matter to the manager. the employees don't care. You take your chances when you eat... Seemed like a busy location as the line was out into the street. Closest one off the highway on the way home. Staff friendly even with the constant people pulling up. I did have 2 long black hairs on my spicy chicken sandwich but didn't notice until Istarted eating on the highway so nothing I could do.
Big customer service dame in the window screamed us more $10 more on the window, then said about the loudspeaker. no utensils. do not go to this place bad experience around.
Not complaining about eating. the workers are slow, there is no effective communication and they are very rude
We have gotten take out from this Popeyes several times. Most times, our orders have been correct. The food is very good.
