The staff at the restaurant were fantastic. The bartender was attentive, well-trained, and exuded a super friendly vibe—definitely someone you'd want to chat with. The food was absolutely on point, impeccably seasoned throughout. The fried chicken wings were perfectly crispy and cooked to perfection. You can't miss the beef brisket; it’s a must-try! The accompanying pepper was the real deal, not the watered-down vers... View all feedback.
What Chloe L doesn't like about Cups And Cheers International Sports Bar Restaurant:
Came here on a Sunday with a group of 4. We had pho, Papaya salad, fish laab, Vietnamese iced coffee, eggrolls and wontons. My fav was the Papaya salad. It had so much flavor. The pho was decent, just way too much bro to get it to my tasting. The eggrolls and wontons were a bit plain for me. The coffee was super water down for me. It didn't help that the service took so long. View all feedback.
Nice place. The Karaoke rooms are excellent. Great food and service
Great place for a weeknight karaoke. Happy hour until 8 is buy 1 get 1 for drinks, and the food portions are huge for a reasonable price we got a veggie fried rice and papaya salad. Our server was very pleasant and attentive too!
I?ve been here about 3x and each time I?ve had a bad experience. I?m NEVER going back!!! I only went because my sister enjoys this place for their karaoke rooms. Each time I called about karaoke room availability, I was told there was none. Then my sister calls a minute later and there?s a room available. Seriously?! Last time was this past Sunday. I was told there was only 1 room left to schedule. Got there and we were the only ones present. I was charged a $20.50 holding fee over the phone for free karaoke with food purchase, which would apply towards our bill. We racked a bill over $110. Our server was great and sweet. However, at the end, a different server ran my Bill and never applied the $20.50 credit. Unfortunately, she didn?t have the authority to credit my card back but guaranteed me she would follow up with her Manager and call me back to inform me it was taken care of. Never happened. I had to call today to talk to the Mgr because both the charges went through. The Mgr was rude and unapologetic. Never even said sorry. I would not recommend this place to anyone! This place sucks and their food too, which gave me food poisoning.
Honestly, just not worth it when Unison down the road. Had pho 3 separate times and all came out same- too much broth, broth slightly belove average, and stingy on noodles. Meat portion above average though. Padthai- more like pad see ew, greedy on noodles again. Papaya was really good but small portion, at least for platter. Good service but not reason enough for future visits especially for prices charged. No pic of pho but just imagine bowl full of broth, noodles barely visible.
