This is my closest Caribou store. The drive-thru was usually very good, as are the beverages. But I have to deduct a star because over time their hours of being open have shrunk, and sometimes they aren 't open at all (heads-up re: their schedule above) with a 'sorry ' sign posted at the window. What Dariana Littel doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
I work over the road, I would say 8 times from 10, the whole place is closed, the ride through is closed, or the interior closed with the ride through open. If this was even once a month, I would perhaps understand that I am still annoyed, but that was more than half of the times I have gone lately. Go up today and their lights are with a sign that says it's sorry we missed you, but we'll be open again tomorrow from... View all feedback.

This is my Go-to Caribou! The staff is always so friendly and the coffee and bagels are consistent and always delicious! Thanks Caribou!

I think it's a staff problem, but I won't go to this place because of the random availability.
