Constantine Beach Café - Saint Merryn

We visit Constantine a fair few times a year never had an issue with the food or cafe but today we experienced a very rude, ignorant, unhelpful member of staff. It was getting quite warm and we needed some tap water for the dogs! the toilet water was warm. we asked if he could possibly fill our dog water bottle up or if he had a tap to which he rudely said no as he was filling up a dog bowl with water honestly simple acts of kindness aren't difficult when your paying over price for a toasty as it is. Hence why we decided to go elsewhere over the other side for our lunch!

Great service, seating with parasols, toilets and water for the dog. We had delicious paninis and smoothies to fuel us during our coastal walk. We love this place. They do a great flat white and our children love the hot chocolate with cream and toasted marshmallows. There is a good choice of ice cream flavours in individual tubs. There is warm food too including pasties from Malcolm Barnecutt. The manager, Martin, is super friendly and accommodating. We will be sure to return when we are next in Cornwall.

Great service, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Came here almost every day and it's always great. Highly recommended.

Parking cost £5 all day and we spent most the morning afternoon there swimming and renting out the paddle board! Had a really nice time here at this beach wished we took the body boards with us and it would of been so amazing! Did some rock pooling and found some fish and baby shrimps and lobsters but put them back at the end of the day.
