It could make sensation in any big city or capital, but it is hidden in Saint-Maurice-sur eygues. and too little known to the nyons, goon, valreas, and other cities within reach! And yet, I can say that after this fifth visit, always with friends, our tabs were unanimously enthusiastic by the 4 tops (see my title) of this restaurant which really stands out for its quality in the symbiosis of the Franco-Indo-Thailand cuisines. yesterday's quartet had chosen "Thai salad crusty" - "brick nem" - and "fatty cubes stirred on their apple with rum;" followed by a duck "wok" and 3 delicious "assortments of the sea" in their coconut milk with delicate aromas from there.
