Lou Lou Food Drink - Saint Matthews

My friends and I had a very enjoyable meal here today. We had the chicken lettuce wraps, the muffuletta sandwich and crab cakes with salad also we had shrimp and grits and fried oysters. It was all delicious. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was was light and bright. I will definitely visit here again.

The Bayou Dip was phenomenal! It’s a great portion to be considered an appetizer and I can easily say this was the best dip I’ve ever had! The sampler was good as well. The famous gumbo was my favorite of the three! I’ll be sure to comeback and try many other delicious dishes!

Delicious Shrimp and grits! Specialty Bourbon drinks were great as well. Friendly staff and timely service. Went @5pm on a week day. Will definitely go again.

I have heard a lot of this place , and it did not disappoint a bit. The food was spot on, the drink was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking is easy right up front. The whiskey selection is good too. Who would have thought to get authentic New Orleans food in Kentucky. We went in early, but the place got busy real quick. Food still came out quick tho. Well done, definitely gotta revisit again.

The food was surprisingly affordable for how much they gave us and it was delicious! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Great experience! The shrimp and grits are AMAZING!
