Hardee’s - Saint Matthews

I've been here a couple times now and everytime I order a burger and specifically say NO CHEESE, there is always cheese on it. I have to keep going inside to have them correct it which takes forever. I'm always given attitude by the person working behind the counter even though they get my order wrong. Not worth the stop. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I ordered 4 plain cheeseburgers. Sat for what felt like a really long time and when I got the food it was hard and not hot. The burgers were burnt and barely covered half of the bun. Took nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be given food that 1 was nasty, and 2 had the wrong kind of cheese on the burger. Only went there due to it being so close to the jobsite. I'll be driving further away from the job site before ever driving back into that parking lot. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
