"The overall experience at GBY was positive. The space is quite large, and there are plenty of staff members available to assist. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to check out the restrooms, I traveled with friends and noticed that the restaurant is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find a subway inside and a variety of souvenirs that reflect the charm of Florida all the way up to South Carolina. Wishing everyone safety and well-being. I’m giving it four stars, mainly because I didn’t visit the bathrooms.".
What Just Mona doesn't like about Pilot Travel Center:
Unless you're driving a car, the fuel lanes are quite narrow—at least they were for my van. If you have a fifth wheel or a Class A motorhome, you really need to be an experienced driver! I've seen it done, but it always requires some maneuvering. It's busy and noisy, just like you would expect at a truck stop! However, the interior is spacious and very clean. Pilot Flying J is consistently an excellent travel center, with customer service that is nearly as impressive as their offerings. I give them a five-star rating, particularly due to their latest innovation: the app. There are many great features, including convenient access to services, and I especially appreciate the mobile fuel pump option. The app also sends neatly organized receipts via email and has a new travel planning feature that is incredibly helpful. While the app does even more, I can confidently say that if you haven't downloaded the new Pilot Flying J app, you're missing out on something truly beneficial.
I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the 7lb ice bag, as I would rather have the 10lb size. We were billed for a 10lb bag when we had only received a 7lb one. On a brighter note, I want the store and its staff to know how much I appreciate the chance to enjoy a fresh breakfast. I'm looking forward to visiting this area of the country again. Thank you!
I am a GSL 3 at another pilot in South Carolina and stopped getting gas and a drink today and visiting another store. I was impressed by the hands. I didn't go to the toilet room because it was pretty busy and I was already exhausted. Everything was clean what I saw and the cashiers smiled and the GSL. Very nice business... I am so jealous hopefully we will soon get an update with us
A really great place. Everything you need. Thanks for having awesome window washing stuff available, as well, it's getting hard to find. Sometimes the little things make the biggest difference. Pilots!!!
