To have tried several restaurants of this type which and in my top 3 the products are fresh well worked rice is not plaster the dishes are seasoned as necessary. The choice is correct. Formula with a buffet in the middle and possibility to cook in the wok. Great restaurant. The ingredients are fresh. That was good. The price is reasonable.
