I hadn't been careful, but cooking isn't done in the wood oven but in the electric oven so already for me it takes a lot of things off pizza... Then there's the paste that I didn't find particularly good (still fade... and the fillings were of medium quality. It's a job to nibble a piece but it's not the pizza truck that has to make you make a detour...
